I Know You’re Watching

I know you’re watching.

You notice it before I even get close.

The shine of my jacket catches the Mediterranean sun, flashing between the white stucco walls, the terracotta steps, the bougainvillea, and the deep blue sea behind me.

I walk slowly. Not because I need to… but because this fabric makes every movement feel different.

When I touch the collar, the glossy nylon slides under my fingers.

Soft.
Smooth.
Almost liquid.

The ivory puffer wraps around me with this quiet confidence, while the red, blue, and bronze panels reflect the light every time I turn my shoulders.

And when I move my arms, there’s that subtle sound…

A soft, crisp whisper from the jacket.

Like it knows you’re paying attention.

I can tell your imagination is already there.

You’re wondering how it feels.

The padded softness.
The warmth.
The smooth texture under your fingers.
The way it would brush against your hand if you were close enough.

I smile because I know.

Here, on these coastal stairs, with sailboats in the distance and flowers moving in the breeze, the jacket changes my presence.

It makes me brighter.
Bolder.
More magnetic.

I adjust the zipper.
I smooth the sleeve.
I glance back at you.

And suddenly, the moment feels like a fashion story you don’t want to end.

You’re not just looking at the jacket.

You’re imagining the texture.
You’re following the shine.
You’re watching how it moves with me.

And I know you can’t look away.
